Special rules for Bet24 (Dogs) floating odds betting

1. The final odds on a bet with floating odds will not be decided until Bet24 (Dogs) close the race. The sites general dead heat rule applies to floating odds betting also.
2. Bet24 (Dogs) is operated under licence for Bet24 by E-Tote Ltd. a UK registered pool betting company. E-Tote Ltd. can be contacted at customer.services@e-tote.com.

General Bet24 (Dogs) Terms & Conditions

1. These rules are, at any time, the valid rules for betting at Bet24 (Dogs). Bet24 (Dogs) reserves the right - without any prior notice - to change the rules on this site.
2. When a customer gets access to the http://www.bet24.com Web site, he or she also accepts the betting rules, which constitute as the contract between the customer and Bet24 (Dogs). The present betting rules replace all earlier betting rules, whether electronic, written or verbal between the customer and Bet24 (Dogs).

Opening an account

1. The customer has to open a legitimate betting account to bet on the http://www.bet24.com Web Site. The customer is not permitted to have more than one betting account with Bet24 (Dogs). If we have more than one betting account per household/IP address, a further investigation could be launched. The customer opens the betting account online by filling in the registration screen.
2. Every customer must be at least 18 years old to open a betting account and to place bets with the http://www.bet24.com Web site. The customer who opens the betting account and provides the details of the credit card to be used to operate the betting account must be the same person in whose name the credit card has been lawfully issued. The customer is obliged to ensure that the credit card used to operate his betting account is a credit card lawfully issued to him at all times until his betting account is closed. If a breach of this contract comes to the attention of Bet24 (Dogs), Bet24 (Dogs) has the right to deny winnings to the customer.
3. Registration and login can only take place on the http://www.bet24.com Web Site.
4. Bet24 (Dogs) will always have the right to deny a customer to open a betting account and/or to close an already existing betting account.
5. For various reasons customers from the following countries are not allowed to bet on the http://www.bet24.com Web site: USA, Thailand, Indonesia, Pakistan and Malta. By opening a betting account the customer declares that he is not from any of the countries mentioned above.
6. Bet24 (Dogs) does not accept customers that are working full time in the betting industry or uphold their daily living through betting/gambling.

Transfer of money

1. When a costumer has opened a betting account on the http://www.bet24.com Web Site, he or she has to choose, once and for all, the currency the account has to be maintained in.
2. Transactions to and from the betting account are cleared in GBP. Thereafter the money will be, based on the daily exchange rate of the chosen currency, changed between the currency of the account and GBP.
3. When the customer deposits money on his or her betting account, Bet24 (Dogs) will charge 3% of the amount transferred as a fee.
4. When the customer wishes to withdraw money from the betting account, the amount will be transferred to the customer's credit card. Should the client own a MasterCard this will be done by bank transfer.
5. Transactions made directly to the customer's credit card are without charges.
6. For a bank transaction the customer must supply his or her bank details and such transfers are free of charge at Bet24 (Dogs).
7. A bet can never be placed on credit. Therefore it is required that money is transferred to the betting account before a bet can be executed.
8. The transfer time for funds are currently 2-5 banking days for transfer via credit cards, 4-6 banking days for cheques and 1-2 banking days for wire transfers.

Promotion/bonus deposits on accounts

1. For all promotion and bonus paid into betting accounts by Bet24 (Dogs) the rule is that this amount has to be staked 3 times before it can be withdrawn. This is the minimum to qualify for the bonus and first when this is done you can see the money as your own. If this criteria is not reached the customer is not entitled to promotion/bonus - and Bet24 (Dogs) has the right to deduct the amount from the betting account.
2. Example: Bet24 (Dogs) gives a customer $10. If these has not been staked 3 times (the total stake of your bets has to be more than $30), then it will NOT be possible to withdraw money if the promotion/bonus is to stand.
3. This rule applies for all free deposits from Bet24 (Dogs) including signup bonus, bonus from competitions etc.

Winnings and money transfer

1. In calculation of the winnings the stake is multiplied with the odds.
2. The maximum winning per customer per day is equivalent to Euro 6,000. The maximum winning per customer per week is equivalent to Euro 18,000.
3. The maximum bet per time is equivalent to Euro 1500. It's allowed to bet more than Euro 600 on the same bet but second time around the odds could be changed.
4. All winnings are transferred to the customers betting account with Bet24 (Dogs).
5. When a customer wishes to withdraw an amount from the account, Bet24 (Dogs) transfers the amount to the customer's bank account, which is the same account the customer used when he made the deposit in his betting account.
6. In case of any inconsistency in the betting, or in the matches, Bet24 (Dogs) can hold the winnings until a complete investigation has been made. Every bet made on such events can be cancelled - and the stakes refunded.

Protests

1. Complaints have to be e-mailed to Bet24 (Dogs) within 1 month after the bet in question is settled. Upon the expiration of the above-mentioned time period of one month, the customer is deemed to agree with al the transactions carried out and no complaints or protests can be accepted by Bet24 (Dogs). Please see Bet24's general terms and conditions for more information on protests.
2. It's not possible for a customer to cancel a bet after the customer has approved the bet and the stake.

Limited responsibility

1. Bet24 (Dogs) follows the law of Malta and cannot provide any guaranties besides that. Bet24 (Dogs) reserves the right to revise the site and/or to stop the access to the site.
2. Bet24 (Dogs) will not have any responsibility for any content or material made and/or showed by any third-party linking to/from Bet24 (Dogs).
3. Under no circumstances will Bet24 (Dogs) be responsible for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of earnings, damage to customer's equipment or to software running on the customer's equipment that any customer might have. Regardless how it has happened.
4. If Bet24 (Dogs) by law are made responsible in a case, the responsibility shall never exceed the stake or the money on the account, whichever is the smaller.
5. Bet24 (Dogs) is not responsible for printing errors, whether on this site or in any printed material.

Law and copyright

1. Bet24 (Dogs) is operated by Bet24. Bet24 is fully licensed by the Gaming Board of Malta as a bookmaker. Bet24 will at all times comply with all applicable laws in Malta. All bets on the web site of Bet24 (http://www.bet24.com) are considered to be placed and received in Malta.
2. Betting at Bet24 (Dogs) is legal. Bet24 (Dogs) operated by E-Tote Ltd. is officially approved by the governments of the United Kingdom and Malta.

8. The exception from the above mentioned are customers printing and saving prints of their own bets.

10. If a part of this agreement is to be found illegitimate, or unable to be executed, according to superior law, hereby, but not restricted to, denial of guarantees and limited responsibility as described above, then the illegitimate rule will be declared replaced by a legitimate executable rule, with close resemblance to the intention of the original one, and the rest of the agreement will remain legitimate.
